Gbaregolor Agog As Ewu-Urhobo Monarch Hits Community With Royal Train
GBAREGOLOR Town was thrown into jubilation as the community witnessed the presence of a royal visit on Sunday 28th December, 2025.
His Royal Majesty Clement Oghenerukevwe Ikolo, Urhukpe1, Ovie of Ewu -Urhobo Kingdom stormed Gbaregolor town in company of the Executive Chairman of Ughelli South Local Government Council, Olorogun Hon Lucky Avweromre.
The august royal visit was in continuation of the Majesty's royal tour round the constituents communities of the Ewu -Urhobo kingdom in familization with his subjects and consolidation of his reign in the domain.
We recall that about a fortnight ago, His Royal Majesty embarked on the first royal visit to the Orere, the eldest Son (community) of the Kingdom.
Speaking at the occasion, Pastor Godspower Akpokona in his message gave a vivid description of how God had programmed the restoration of the glory of Gbaregolor Town and the machinery by which it would come through adding that the emergence of the council chairman from Gbaregolor was never by accident.
The community which enthusiastically ushered His Royal Majesty with dance and songs received royal blessings through agreement prayers from leaders of various quarters, the eldest man in the community, the council chairman in the special prayer program tagged "Celebration of Fruitfulness."
With the anointing oil, both council chairman and the traditional ruler sealed the prayers for liberation, peace and speedy development on Gbaregolor land.
The traditional ruler, HRM Clement Oghenerukevwe IKOLO has asserted that EWU-URHOBO kingdom in all its sphere is safe and open to prospective investors to actualize their business plans.
According to the monarch, Ewu-land harbours a large quantity of numerous resources which are potential windows for socio-economic development and growth
He therefore call on sons, daughters and foreigners to consider investing in any part of Ewu land.
Meanwhile, commendation has continued to trail Hon Avweromre's relentless effort in taking basic steps to harmonize all fragmentations with the kingdom.
Victor Omote, a business tycoon who spoke to the press, specifically applauded the unprecedented impact of the council chairman in engaging every leadership strata for harmonious working relationship refering to him as truly cohesive force..
Meanwhile, the council chairman has expressed elation and high sense of fulfillment at the special prayer program just as he solicited for continued cooperation and peaceful coexistence in Ewu land while urging for support and respect for the royal father.
Dr Avweromre appealed to Ewu people to support President Bola TINUBU and Governor Sheriff Oborevwori's administration of which he holds the third tier of governance.
He called on individuals who have not procured their voter card to avail themselves of the opportunity through the voter registration exercise.
